 Annual Day of Celebration

Join us on Friday 7th March to help us celebrate the achievements of service users and team members at this annual event.

We are delighted that this year the event will take place in the presence of the Mayor of St. Helens, Cllr Andy Bowden, the High Sheriff of Merseyside, Mr Ian Meadows and long-time supporter and advocate of CCC, Lady Kirsty Pilkington. Dr. Stephen Cox, Clinical Accountable Officer for St. Helens CCG will also be giving a talk.

The day includes buffet and entertainment. We do need to administer tickets and record RSVP  numbers for catering and seating purposes.

St. Helens Wellbeing Week
14th to 20th May 2012
 
 
Wellbeing Week is a full programme of fun and free events taking place across St. Helens aimed at improving your physical health and emotional wellbeing.
 
There will be something to suit people of all ages and all tastes, whether you are looking to:
 
 
  • improve your mental wellbeing
  • get physically fitter or more active
  • try/learn something new
  • meet new people
 
 
There will also be information sessions around finding employment, volunteering and help with benefits, debt management and much more.
 
 
The Chrysalis Centre for Change will be offering workshops in stress management, creative crafts for therapy, hand massage and confidence and assertion tasters.
